Since we don't carry stock, but custom make each order, the manufacturing of the order will start once the order is paid in full, showing in our account. Despatch for an order can be between 3-5 weeks once order is paid. We will keep you updated as to how the progress is going.
We will give the EFT banking details on the quote. Once payment is made, please inform us, so we can track it, to start manufacturing as soon as possible.
Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags, in the state you received them in . A request for exchange is made via email to email@example.com within one week of receipt of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Embroidery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The client assumes responsibility for the courier cost associated with the exchange.
The item cannot be returned if it is a sale item( all sale items are final sales).
If all the conditions are met, the company will offer a voucher for use for future purchase of uniforms, for the value of the garment (not courier costs). A voucher is valid for 4 months.
